Systems Engineer (VMware & Citrix) | Project-Focused Milestone IT is partnering with a leading enterprise client to secure a high-caliber Systems Engineer for a series of high-impact infrastructure projects. You will be the technical lead on critical migrations, upgrades, and architectural deployments. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes virtualization and delivery protocols. Key Responsibilities: Design & Deploy: Lead the end-to-end implementation of VMware vSphere and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments. Infrastructure Transformation: Execute large-scale server migrations and hardware refreshes. Optimization: Fine-tune Citrix StoreFront, NetScaler (ADC), and Provisioning Services (PVS/MCS) for peak performance. Project Leadership: Act as the technical SME during stakeholder meetings, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within scope. Your Technical Toolkit We are looking for a specialist who has "been there, done that" with the following: VMware Guru: Expert-level knowledge of ESXi, vCenter, and vSAN . Experience with Horizon or NSX is a massive plus. Citrix Specialist: Deep hands-on experience with CVAD (Cloud or On-Prem) , including NetScaler configuration and profile management (WEM/FSLogix).
